FELINA the WITCH FLOWER POT DECORATION

To make this flower pot Halloween witch decoration, use a 3" flower pot, wooden bead head, curly black doll hair and doll sized felt witch hat. A black satin ribbon hanger with a jingle bell attached is pulled through from the inside through a small slit in the hat for hanging. Be sure to glue the hair on before the hat! An orange or black ribbon tied in a bow will cover the gap between the bead and the flower pot. She is painted black with orange polka dot buttons and decoupaged candy corn and dots around the rim.

If you like, you can add chimes that you string yourself, punched through small holes in rigid foam board cut to fit and glued into the bottom of her dress.
